About the Event
SIGEP China is an annual international trade fair held in Shenzhen, China, dedicated to the production of gelato, bakery, pastry, coffee, and pizza. Scheduled for April 24 to 26, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, the event serves as a key platform for industry professionals to explore innovations and trends across these sectors.
The exhibition offers a comprehensive overview of market developments, including raw materials, machinery, equipment, packaging, and services. By connecting five distinct industries—artisan gelato, bakery, pastry, chocolate, and coffee—SIGEP China provides a 360-degree perspective of the dessert and coffee world. In its previous editions, SIGEP China has attracted over 500 exhibitors and 29,390 visitors from 74 countries. The event features various competitions, such as the Gelato World Cup (China Selection), Juniores Pastry World Cup (China Selection), and the CTI Brewing For Fun & Future Brew Coffee Mixology Championship, highlighting the industry's talent and innovation.
